Cool New Multi Window Display

This is a shot of Crestron's DVPHD multi window processor in action at EHX this past fall. It lets you display up to eight seperate video sources on one screen at a time. All of the sources can be presented in different sizes simultanously-- and the system can be programmed to switch them almost instantaneously.

All very cool-- imagine using it with a wall projector as a "welcome wall" in a reception area. Or for a higher end conference room. The smaller panel below the LCD screen is a Crestron touchscreen controller that was used to control the DVPHD as well as the source feeds to it.

It's an unusual product, with a particular niche. I just wish that I could afford to put it in my house.
